After you place your order you will receive two emails, the first confirming your order and the second notifying you when your item is shipped.

You can check the status of your HRC Store orders by clicking on "Sign In" at the top of any page and signing in to your account. If an order is outstanding, you'll see its details. If you have more than one outstanding order, go to your Order History page, where you'll see orders from the lifetime of your account. From there, you can click on a specific order to see its details.

On the Order Details page, you'll see the items in the order listed as well as the shipping address, shipping method, payment details, and any return or exchange information. In the Shipment Summary, you'll see the current status and details from the shipping carrier's tracking service for each package.

Occasionally, we may send an order in multiple packages. In such cases, we'll provide tracking information for each and let you know which items you can expect in each one.

Change in Your Order Status

Occasionally, we run out of certain items that are in high demand. If an item that you ordered is not in stock, we'll notify you by e-mail immediately.

Sometimes, an item is permanently out of stock, so we must cancel the order for it. In this case, if you paid with a credit card, we won't charge you for the item or any related taxes or shipping and handling charges.

Registration Q&A

When you register and create your account with the HRC Store, we'll remember your information so that the checkout process is a breeze. You'll be able to store all your addresses and check your order history, too.

Can I place an order without registering?

Yes, you can. You can also check your order status by contacting a customer service agent (via phone or e-mail) without registering. However, registering will give you access to more information about your order and make future visits to the website more efficient.

What will you do with my information after I register?

Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you created. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from the Your Account page. For more information on our privacy policy, click here.

What if I forget my password?

No problem—we can give you a hint. If you still can't remember, we can reset your password and send you a new one via e-mail.

When I enter my name during registration, is it secure?

We use the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded—only the HRC Store has access. For more information on SSL, click here.

After I register, will I receive HRC Store mail or e-mail promotions?

Yes. When you register or place an order with us, you're automatically added to our mailing list. If you'd like to be removed, just let us know.

Shipping & Handling

Most purchases are shipped by UPS or USPS from our Maryland warehouse within 5 business days from receipt of order. Please note that we can only ship to PO Box addresses via USPS. We cannot ship Express Delivery to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO or PO Box addresses. Please call Customer Service at (888) 932-7472 for shipping rates outside of contiguous 48 states or check your shipping inside the shopping cart during checkout.

Please contact us via email or telephone to place your order. This order will ship via USPS unless otherwise requested.

Standard Shipping Rates (5-7 business days)

Ground shipping via UPS or USPS can be calculated via a real-time shipping estimator prior to check out in the cart.

Express Delivery

We are able to expedite orders for an additional charge, please call (888) 932-7472. Express shipping via UPS or USPS can be calculated via a real-time shipping estimator prior to check out in the cart.

For express delivery, orders must be received Monday through Friday by 11 am ET.

We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty and GST where applicable.

Multiple Shipments

If your order is sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different ones), your credit card will be charged separately for each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Online Purchases

To return item(s), fill out the return form that was sent with your order. For your convenience, you can print out a return/exchange form here. if you cannot locate it. For returns, only the return portion of the form needs to be completed. Items can be returned/exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with tags still attached, within 30 days of original purchase date. Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the packing slip invoice, is required for return of item(s). If you cannot find your packing slip invoice, call the HRC Store at (888) 932-7472. Credits and charges will be issued in the same manner as the original transaction. Please allow seven (7-14) business days for your returns and exchanges to be processed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for returned items and exchanges, as well as initial shipping fees are not refundable. Shipping charges are refunded only if:

  • the carrier loses the package
  • an item was shipped damaged or defective
  • an item was damaged during shipping
  • we ship an incorrect item

If the return is a result of our error, you won't be charged for return shipping. Call (888) 932-7472 and a UPS call tag can either be emailed or mailed to your address, or we can send UPS directly to your address to pick up the items. For your convenience, the cost of shipping returns will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges

Items can be exchanged unwashed, unworn, and undamaged within 30 days of original purchase date. Exchanges are subject to our regular shipping and handling fees. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item(s) at their current price. Fill out the return and exchange section of the return form that was sent with your order.

Special Order Items

Special order items, such as custom made to order t-shirts or personalized product cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturers defect or misprint.

Coupon Codes

If you used a coupon code to make your purchase, we will exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. If you are exchanging your purchase for something else, we will apply your credit towards the new item at their current price. A previously used coupon code cannot be applied to the sale of a different item.

Please note that coupon codes do not apply to clearance items.

International Orders

We are able to ship to dozens of countries around the globe. If you do not see your country as a ship to option during checkout, please let us know by contacting our customer service representatives. 

Customers will be responsible to pay for all duties, customs charges, and/or fees over and above the actual shipping cost of the item.

Gift Options

If you want to send an item as a gift, please check the box labeled "are there gift items in the order?" on the shipping page of checkout. To add a personal message to the packing slip at no extra charge and include a gift receipt too (we'll remove the prices).

Coupon Codes

Coupon codes can be applied to an order via the submission box found below the product list in your shopping cart page during checkout. Please note that there is a limit of one promotional code per order. Promotional Discounts apply to the true merchandise total value only and are not applied to shipping and handling fees or taxes.

T-Shirt Sizing

HRC Store carries a variety of T-shirt types. The regular cotton T-shirts are larger standard sizes. The fitted ones run quite small, so you may want to order at least one size larger than usual. Each product page includes a size chart for more information.

USA Made

We take pride in the fact that the majority of our items are made in the U.S.A. APISource, the Human Rights Campaign’s (HRC) branded merchandise distributor, is a Fair Labor Association (FLA) Certified business http://www.fairlabor.org and only uses garments from suppliers dedicated to the principles of fair labor and responsible sourcing. Our Lanham, MD based distributor’s first priority is to source products made and decorated in the United States. If they are unable to domestically produce a specific item, APISource’s commitment to FLA’s Workplace Code of Conduct standards ensures the highest levels of safety & social compliance are met for all HRC merchandise.
