The HRC Store in the Historic Castro District
The San Francisco Human Rights Campaign Store is located in the heart of the Castro District in the historic home of civil rights legend Harvey Milk. Our location is the former home of Milk’s Castro Camera, where Milk worked, lived and organized the political campaigns that eventually led him to be the first openly gay man elected into a major public office as a member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. The Castro District is the historic bed of the LGBTQ rights movement in San Francisco.
