No purchase necessary to enter or win. Promotion open to the residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are over the age of 18. One winner will be picked each week for the duration of the promotion, which begins on 2/16/13 and ends on 12/31/14. The Human Rights Campaign (“Sponsor”) will determine the winners using objective criteria, i.e., by awarding the registered holder of the Instagram account that submitted the entry that earns the most “likes” during a single week from each Monday to Sunday for the duration of the promotion. Winners will be notified weekly. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entry at any time if it is determined that the entry is offensive or inappropriate. Prizes will include jewelry, accessories or other items of nominal value, to be chosen at Sponsor’s discretion. Each participant grants to Sponsor an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide and transferable license to use his or her submitted photograph, name, hometown, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, or cancel the promotion at any time.
