I was pretty upset when I bought this ring. I got in in October of 2010, and I never remove it. It'll get moved between a few fingers every now and then, but I sleep in it, shower, swim, work, etc. Anywho, the black lettering that you see on the ring doesn't actually come embedded or anything... it's just a black coating, and majority of mine has been removed. Of the 25 or so black lettering/symbols, I have 10 left. The ring itself is in great condition... but the lettering is pretty much gone. (Posted on 8/6/12)

I just got my ring in the mail. I'm in college and I'm loving every part of it! I've made a new life for myself and I'm enjoying it! In college I have found myself more! I explored many things and my life is brighter! I got this ring because this ring means a lot to me with not only being a supporter to equal rights but to the fact that i have accepted myself as being gay, and being able to go through my life; my journey.

To Kevin and his boyfriend: Your story has touched me, truly, being the same age as the both of you. My boyfriend bought this ring for me, it was for our seventh month of being together. We're 17 (me) and 19 (him) and we're confident young men who want to send a message to the world that gay people are not only what the stereotype says; we're both two fit, athletic men who love to go to the gym together and work out. He sprang this ring on me, and I was ecstatic, so happy! I love him so much! He received his ring weeks later, and now we both wear our rings proudly and honorably every day in support of gay rights, and in support especially of the Human Rights Campaign which has given us so much foundation and support.
